JUNO Healthcare finds its place in the Arizona sun

PHOENIX, Arizona---JUNO Healthcare Staffing recently opened a temporary/permanent
and registry staffing office here on Oct. 4 with Nonette Teodoro, CEO; DR Teodoro, president;
Charm Teodo
ro, vice president and Jessica Reyes, executive manager in charge of JUNO Healthcare Arizona, cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

The opening of its fourth staffing office in the United States continues JUNO Healthcare’s
steady and remarkable g
rowth in the healthcare staffing business since it opened
in July 2001 in New Yor
k.

JUNO California was opened in Oct. 2004, while JUNO New Jersey
(then named JUNO Employment Services), started offering its staffing business in Feb. 2002.

Nonette was joined by husband DR Teodoro, president; and daughter Charm Teodoro, vice president.

Dr Teodoro’s speech took the staff and guests on a journey of JUNO’s success in healthcare, and why it has grown so big in only a short period of time.

“Achievement multiplies responsibilities,” he says by way of explaining
why he and JUNO’s dedicated team have not rested on their laurels.
"The more you achieve, the more you have to achieve more.”

DR was also addressing his message to Reyes,
as the latter takes on the responsibility of heading the new office.

While many may have frowned at the idea of putting a temporary and permanent staffing business in Arizona, JUNO Healthcare is confident it can duplicate its temporary/permanent staffing successes in the tri-state area in Arizona.

JUNO Healthcare chose Phoenix as its location in Arizona for many good reasons.
Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the country with a population 1.475 million people.

Many visitors to Phoenix fall in love with the city and decide to move to great weather, affordable housing, a growing job market, good schools, professional sports, an expanding arts and culture scene and ample recreational opportunities.

Filipinos who are used to the temperate climate will like it in Phoenix, as it boasts more than 300 sun-filled days a year and an average temperate of 73 degrees.

Phoenix remains one of the most affordable housing markets in the country. Apartment dwellers also will find a nice selection of affordable communities designed to fit their life styles.

Phoenix is safe by big-city standards. Taking Phoenix's growing population into account,
the crime rate per 100,000 decreased by 31 percent between 1996 and 2005. This represents
a 31 percent decrease in the property crime rate and 27 percent decrease in the violent crime rate per 100,000.

The local job market continues to grow at a steady rate. In 2005, Phoenix created more
new jobs than Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. Phoenix has a young, educated,
and growing workforce.

Bankers, business leaders and investors are coming to the heart of Arizona’s Capitol,
with investments in the last two years totaling $9 billion dollars. Standard & Poor’s described Phoenix as having a broad, diverse and expanding economy with strong employment indicators.
Newcomers will find a wide selection of charter, public and private schools. Student test scores are improving, computers are highly available and schools are safe. Phoenix is also home to Arizona State University-West, ASU Downtown, community colleges and private colleges such as the University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University. The cost of living in Phoenix is 40% lower than in other major states which mean your money will go a long way.

With several medical facilities, Arizona is a prime area for healthcare professionals to enjoy.
Says Reyes: “It’s a big city with a small-town charm. Who can resist that?”

The new office is now formally open for business. It is located at 3838 Tower, Ste 1820,
3838 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85012, with tel. nos (602) 274 2000 and 274-2251, and fax no. 274-2250.

The grand opening was a memorable occasion for JUNO Healthcare Staffing, as several of its key staff from its offices in New York, New Jersey and California came to show their support
to the new staff and office in Phoenix.

At the opening were Lulu Claveria-Ebora and Dennis Clemente of JUNO Healthcare New York; Theresa Pe of JUNO Healthcare New Jersey; Angel Magno and Maluh Silvano of JUNO Healthcare California. Dulca Badillo, corp. planner of JUNO Healthcare New York,
is expected to stay at JUNO Healthcare Arizona for a month to join Reyes who will
manage the office in Phoenix.

Also of New York, Pastor Valjun Alpuzen of the Foundation for God’s Glory led the office blessing which was attended also by JUNO’s friends in Phoenix.

Among its branches, the Arizona office is one of the best offices of JUNO Healthcare, as it is resides in one of three Class A towers totaling 722,000 square feet. The three towers feature a conferencing facility, sundries shop, a 35,000-sq-ft fitness center, a dry clean, day care, food service, a 156-room Hilton Garden Inn, on-site management, banking, mail room and restaurant.
JUNO Healthcare’s office on the 18th floor of a state-of-the-art building affords a sunset view of the new bustling downtown Phoenix. Within a one-mile radius are 13 lodging establishments and over 120 eating establishments. Approximately 40 feet from the towers is the proposed Valley Metro Light Rail depot. It is also a convenient 10-minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
